HOME Slough are looking for Creative Connectors

HOME Slough are looking for Creative Connectors

7 July 2016

Are you involved or want to get more involved in your local community?

Would you like a say in arts & culture programming in your neighbourhood?

Volunteer to become a CREATIVE CONNECTOR

HOME is a consortium of arts and community organisations giving people from Slough's diverse community a chance to participate in and enjoy the benefits of extraordinary arts and cultural activities. HOME will revitalise the arts in Slough, providing new and innovative opportunities for people to both experience and express creativity.

What is a Creative Connector?

  • Someone who makes things happen
  • A champion for arts and culture within their communities
  • Someone who engages with their local community to better understand and test out motivations to take part in arts and culture
  • Participates in a range of activities to reach out to people, consult and gather their opinions
  • The role of Creative Connector is voluntary, but HOME can cover some expenses, such as travel or transport.
