Break The Floorboards at Alchemy Festival, Southbank

Alchemy is an annual festival of music, dance, literature, design and debate from India, the UK and South Asia taking place at Southbank, London. Rifco Arts and Watford Palace Theatre are delighted to be part of it this year.

On Saturday 20th April, we will be presenting an extract from our rehearsals of Break The Floorboards. The cast will be giving you a sneak-peak into some of the dance numbers and the story before the tour starts 3rd May at Watford Palace Theatre. Director Pravesh Kumar and Writer Yasmeen Khan will also be talking about the development of the show.

There's lots to do at the festival.  There are events for everyone including the mighty Susheela Raman, Hariharan, Anoushka Shankar and circus and aerial performance from the Daksha Sheth Dance Company. See rising stars Harshdeep Kaur and Ash King, and Martin Simpson collaborates with Arieb Azhar.
