Ajay Nehra is a Commercial Property Consultant and Entrepreneur. One of his core ventures is Ajay Business Centres Ltd (AJBC) which provides serviced and virtual offices including a range of complimentary business support services to small and medium sized companies with associate branches in Dubai and Switzerland.
As well as this, Ajay launched Ajay Nehra Consultancy, an IT and Business Management Consultancy, based in the UAE and has steadily compiled a portfolio of over 300 businesses worldwide to which he continues to support and mentor. Today Ajay supports both private and public business sectors worldwide and regularly advises local government and defence organisations.
Linden Holliday, CEO, MyDrive Solutions combines eight years’ experience in management consultancy within the “Big 4” with director-level experience in large UK corporations (Centrica, the UK' largest gas and electricity company, and Virgin Media, the UK's largest cable company), as well as start-up enterprises.
With the backing of a veteran technology investor in 2010, Linden transformed the ideas of a company going into administration into a world-leading data science company, whose innovative product development ensured its place at the forefront of the Usage Based Insurance industry.
In 2015, the Generali Group made a strategic decision to buy 100% of the equity, and to put MyDrive at the heart of the group's strategy regarding the exploitation of data, and the entry to the world of the "Internet of Things".
Linden has had a lifelong interest in the arts and is delighted to be a part of the dynamic management team driving Rifco Arts forward.
Ravleen works for Microsoft UK heading up the Services Group for its Advertising & Online division. She has been in the Digital Marketing industry for 9 years. As well as being a Rifco board member, Ravleen spends her spare time playing league level netball and cooking.
She is passionate about spreading her love for the theatre to more South Asian audiences, not least to her own Mummy Ji!
Vikram is a Chartered Accountant and a Director of Accounting, Tax and Advisory with RSM in London. He acts for several clients in the Media sector as well as working closely with the British Fashion Council and the British Independent Film Awards.
Vikram has a keen interest in the theatre and has been a board member of Rifco for the last 8 years. He brings a level of financial skill and experience to the board which compliments those of the other Board Members.
Georgia Gatti is the Producer at The Old Vic Theatre, working alongside Artistic Director, Matthew Warchus. Prior to The Old Vic, Georgia was Associate Producer for leading commercial theatre production company, Playful Productions. During her time at Playful, Georgia worked on a number of productions both in the West End and Broadway, including the stage adaptation of Hilary Mantel’s Wolf Hall and Bring Up The Bodies (RSC, Aldwych, Winter Gardens), American Buffalo by David Mamet (Wyndham’s), The Audience by Peter Morgan (Gielgud, Schoenfeld, Apollo) and The Weir by Conor McPherson (Wyndham’s). She is the recipient of The Hospital Club 100 Award and sits on the board of the Peggy Ramsay Foundation and Rifco Arts Theatre Company.
Become a Rifco Board member
The Board are a team of professionals who supervise and advocate for the company and its mission. The role of the Board is to provide:
- Entrepreneurial and strategic leadership in pursuit of the organisation’s objectives
- Prudent and effective control including the assessment and management of risk
- Develop and approve the mission
- Understand and approve the business model
- Develop and agree the strategy and planning process
- Oversee and support programming policy
- Ensure legal and financial obligations are adhered to
- Appoint and appraise the Chief Executive and Artistic Director
- Oversee organisational change
- Have responsibility for Health & Safety and other policies
- Attend Board meetings and events, inc. committees where appropriate
- Assist with fundraising and contacts
- Advocate for the organization
